D1 Maritime was born in Çanakkale — on the shore of the narrow straits ships have passed through for thousands of years.
Çanakkale is a vein of the maritime world. From Troy to Gallipoli, the ships of every age have passed through these waters. Supply, logistics, ship operation — this land has breathed them for centuries. D1 Group was founded on that ground: a deep-rooted supply tradition running from cleaning and packaging to hygiene and ship provisions.
Working in the field made something clear: to manage a vessel, an owner was either bound to enormous foreign software — tens of thousands of dollars, complex, in a foreign language — or wrestling with scattered spreadsheets and lost emails. In between, there was no clear, accessible system that spoke the language of the field.
We built D1 Maritime not from a developer's desk but from the logic of the quayside — thinking about how the cook counts provisions, how the chief engineer plans maintenance, how the owner tracks cost. Every module exists to solve a real problem in shipping.
